We kindly ask you to inform us of any changes to your wholesar, so that we can adapt our services accordingly. Without notification from you, invoices will continue to be based on your previous wholesaler. Otherwise we will  charge you management fees of 200.00 CHF.

For any order of products concerned by this classification, please contact our collaborators to make an estimate of the additional transport costs that will be at your expense (Shipment by Swiss Post - Fridge box) - your wholesaler no longer accepts the delivery of these products via his service.

We remind you that any order placed on the shop is firm and final and cannot be returned. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
